EMS Consultants (Effective Management Solutions P/L) was established in 1999 by Deb Blaber after accumulating extensive and varied experience in the government and the private sectors. Our interest and passion lies within assisting people to get more out of their jobs and to make a tangible difference to the success of their organisations.
